Monica Picchio

Monica has been responsible for quality assurance and process management in the international arena since 2002.
After gaining her degree in electrical engineering in 2001, Monica started her professional experience as a coordinator of information systems, followed by undertaking structuring quality management systems and their maintenance in an engineering company at an international level with the aim of continuous improvement.
Through a process of continuous updating concerning Quality and discipline of project management areas, Monica is certified as an internal auditor for ISO 9001 quality management systems. She is a member of the scientific committee for the Master in Project Management at the University of Studies of Verona since 2011, recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI) with the ambitious goal of spreading the basics of an internationally competitive professional culture.
The added value that Monica wishes to create in the modern market is to merge the ISO 9001 and Lean Management approaches in order to make the quality systems she supports a trump card in international market challenges, in every area and for any Customer, however large.
Dealing with structuring lean processes ranging from daily work management to strategic governance, recently she has:

  • successfully managed the start-up of a law firm;
  • managed the merger of two engineering companies with a total turnover of over 10 million, supporting the review of the information system, information technology and the standardization of quality systems.

Monica is also responsible for ensuring excellence in all processes governing the business and professional services of UnaRes.
