Francesca Piantavigna

Real Estate

After graduating in Florence, Francesca registered with the professional association of architects of Verona in 2001.
Her professional career developed through design, contract management, civil registrar and property advice, property valuation for mortgage loan transactions, partnerships with leading market operators aimed at feasibility evaluations for real estate development operations.
Her free-lancing was accompanied by continuous high level training through various university Masters: in 2005 in Project Management at the University of Verona and in 2009 in Real Estate at the SDA Bocconi – MIP Politecnico in Milan.
Today she is a referential consultant for major banks and leading companies in the domestic Real Estate market.

Luca Simoncini


Luca began his professional career in 2001 working with Manens (now Manens-Tifs), a collaboration that lasts to this day.
In over 10 years with Manens he has participated in a series of large operations as project manager, which have led him to develop technical and organizational skills in planning and managing projects.
After university in Padua, in 2008 he obtained a Masters in Project Management from the University of Verona.
Since 2010 he guides UnaRes Engineering in collaborating with several Italian studios and enterprises.
So far he has participated as a key figure in the design of:

  • A total of over 500,000 (approximately 1,500,000 m³) of residential buildings, service industry buildings, commercial and hospitality (hotels, museums, auditoriums, gymnasiums);
  • Central heating and cooling power plants over 5 MW;
  • Plants for a total of over € 150 million.

Between 2010 and 2018, Luca has been an Advisor of the Ordine degli Ingegneri di Verona (Order of the Engineer of Verona).


Monica Picchio

Organization Development

Monica has been responsible for quality assurance and process management in the international arena since 2002.
After gaining her degree in electrical engineering in 2001, Monica started her professional experience as a coordinator of information systems, followed by undertaking structuring quality management systems and their maintenance in an engineering company at an international level with the aim of continuous improvement.
Through a process of continuous updating concerning Quality and discipline of project management areas, Monica is certified as an internal auditor for ISO 9001 quality management systems. She is a member of the scientific committee for the Master in Project Management at the University of Studies of Verona since 2011, recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI) with the ambitious goal of spreading the basics of an internationally competitive professional culture.
The added value that Monica wishes to create in the modern market is to merge the ISO 9001 and Lean Management approaches in order to make the quality systems she supports a trump card in international market challenges, in every area and for any Customer, however large.
Dealing with structuring lean processes ranging from daily work management to strategic governance, recently she has:

  • successfully managed the start-up of a law firm;
  • managed the merger of two engineering companies with a total turnover of over 10 million, supporting the review of the information system, information technology and the standardization of quality systems.

Monica is also responsible for ensuring excellence in all processes governing the business and professional services of UnaRes.


Luca Berton

Organization Development

Luca Berton has been involved in management by projects and organizational learning since 2000.
Luca supports strategic growth and development in organizations through individual and team coaching through workshops and individual sessions whose process develops awareness and growth. He also supports project planning, execution and control across Europe, working with large customers on mission critical projects.
He holds an engineering degree in Materials Technology from the University of Trento and a Masters in Project Management from the University of Verona.
Most recently he has:

  • acted as coach of project managers and line managers for personal development and change deployment
  • supported start-up companies
  • supported the implementation of a portfolio management in a manufacturing company that operates internationally
  • supported a Requirements Management Program in an R&D division in a multinational environment
  • supported a change program in a large multinational company
  • lead project management maturity assessments in the IT department of a leading banking group in Europe
  • redesigned a learning experience for the masterclass of the University of Verona

Nicolò Monaldi

Business Development

Member of the Veneto Order of Journalists, Nicolò carries out his activities in Verona and within the Triveneto since 2000.
He operates mainly in three areas:

  • Public Relations and Communications. He founded and directed QuiVenetoSport, the official online newspaper of the Veneto Region. He founded and directed “SetteSport”, a sports insert of the “Giornale di Vicenza” newspaper, with a weekly distribution of more than 35,000 copies. On television, he created and directed “Caravanserraglio”, an in-depth analysis by TV7 dedicated to the world of horse riding and horses. He has also published in “Avvenire” and “Sole 24 Ore”.
  • Events Organization. As an expert in project management he has organized the Consulta and the Giornata dei Veneti nel Mondo, events dedicated to the representatives of Italian people abroad and related legislation. Likewise, he was involved in institutional  events such as the opening of the Association of Montreal, a landmark for Veneto people and Italians present in that territory, whose inauguration was attended by the Italian diplomatic representation in Canada.
  • He is assigned to the search for new markets and synergies with partners in various areas of expertise.


Francesca Rossi

Francesca Rossi è responsabile dello sviluppo di nuovi business in ambito immobiliare. È esperta di ricerche di mercato per acquisti e alienazioni, di strategie di vendita e della ottimizzazione del rendimento del patrimonio.
Laureatasi al Politecnico di Milano – School of Architecture Urban Planning Construction Engineering, Francesca ha completato il proprio percorso formativo con il corso in Management of Built Enviroment presso la stessa università, con tesi “History, music and tourism: a values multiplier proposal for Castel San Pietro in Verona”. Appena laureata dimostra uno spiccata propensione al settore del Real Estate ed entra in UnaRes occupandosi di valutazioni immobiliari e scouting immobiliare.
