Order of the Engineer of Verona

The Order of the Engineer of Verona, the territorial expression of the National Council of Engineers (CNI), is the national organization of institutional representation for the relevant interests of the professional group of engineers. CNI is a public law entity supervised by the Ministry of Justice. The institutional tasks of CNI include, among others: the role of second degree judiciary for subscribers’ appeals and complaints concerning adverse decisions by the Council of the Association; expressing opinions, at the behest of the Ministry of Justice, concerning proposed laws and regulations relating to the profession; the function of Government advisor concerning professional matters. CNI plays a major role in promoting, developing and enhancing the engineer’s role in order to increase his influence in the society in which he operates and is committed to pursuing the growth of the profession at the service of the community. Luca Simoncini is in his second term as member of the Territorial Council of the Association of Engineers of Verona.

BAA Bocconi Alumni Association

The Bocconi Alumni Association (BAA) is the institution, together with the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, which pursues the mission to be seen as a positive force in society, able to mobilize the energy of people who grew up culturally and professionally within the Bocconi world. The Bocconi Alumni Association aims to create a community of Alumni which contributes to the development and enhancement of the university, the students and civil society through projects, activities, studies and exchanges. The Association promotes the development of cultural and professional relations between Associates in order to increase and strengthen the membership base, and contributes to maintaining relationships between Bocconi Alumni, Members and the Bocconi University, the SDA Bocconi and other Schools. RICS Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

RICS, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, was founded in the UK in 1868 and received the Royal Charter in 1881. RICS members are known as chartered surveyors, and are framed with an acronym after their name – FRICS (for Fellow of RICS) or MRICS (for Member of RICS). Today, RICS is a global professional organization in the field of real estate.

Società Dante Alighieri

The Società Dante Alighieri is an Italian cultural institution whose purpose is to protect and promote Italian language and culture throughout the world. Founded in 1889 by a group of intellectuals headed by Giosuè Carducci, the foundation was established by Royal Decree on 18 July 1893 and has been equated, for structure and purpose, to NPO’s since 27th July 2004. Nicolò Monaldi was elected to the Board of Directors of the Committee of Verona thanks to his natural vocation for foreign relations.

Italiani nel mondo (Italy in the World)

There are approximately 5,000,000 Italian citizens residing abroad. A number which is expected to grow exponentially if we consider the citizens of Italian extraction throughout the various continents. Nicolò Monaldi is active in representing the Scaliger world, Veronesi nel Mondo, as he was appointed to the Board of the Association which is indeed responsible for protecting the interests of the citizens of Verona who are resident abroad. By virtue of this appointment he also holds the position of Coordinator of young Veneto people in the World and there have been several contacts with different Italian communities in Canada, Brazil, Australia, USA and Europe.
